Building Sustainable Eco-Communities & Discipleship Training Centers

One of the visions for Luke17 Ministries is to build sustainable farming eco-communities. We would accompllish this in phases by purchasing undeveloped land (eventually in multiple states). Preferred acreage will have a natural fresh, moving water source and mature timber for selective logging. The proceeds from selective logging would be allocated to one or more of the following: installing RV pads with full utilities, building the first tiny homes, digging wells, installing bio-digesters or septic systems, and/or installing power sources.

The land would then be divided into smaller parcels with each parcel becoming an idependent homestead. Homesteaders would be able to purchase or lease a tiny home, cabin, or RV lot complete with a storage unit or tool shed. Residents would have the freedom to raise livestock, garden, and more.

Each community would have a food, clothing, and supplies pantry to benefit those in need, recreational areas, a resident groundskeeper to perform maintenance, and a Chapel open 24/7 for prayer and worship.

Eco-community plans also include hydroponics systems for growing produce in water and raising tilapia for food; a community bio-digester to convert waste and compost into fuel or organic fertilizer; a community greenhouse for growing herbs and vegetables year-round; a wind, solar, and/or water powered grid; and a discipleship and sustainable living training center.

Profits from homestead sales and lot rentals will help fund Luke17 Ministries outreaches and discipleship centers. If you would like to partner with Luke17 Ministries, please donate now or contact us using the form below. Thank you!
